Dr Kate Millar is the Director of the Centre for Applied Bioethics at the University of Nottingham. Dr Millar's research interests within Animal and Agri-Food Ethics focus on: Veterinary Ethics, Ethical dimensions of Biotechnology Assessment; and Tools for Bioethical Analysis and Engagement. She has been the Principal and Co-Investigator in a notable number of UK and European research projects. Kate is currently Vice President of the European Society for Agricultural and Food Ethics (EurSafe).
