Filippo Mazzariol got a degree in International Political Sciences at the University of Padua - Faculty of Political Sciences. The Principal subjects and occupational skills covered were: International Relations Department Science of Politics, International Relations, International Treaties and Organisations, Political Economics, International Economic and Financial Policy, International Law, Public and Civil Law, History and Sociology.

At the Regional Association of Chambers of Commerce of Veneto, he coordinates a team of internal officers and external consultants and manages EU and Regional projects, as well as their budgets. Filippo Mazzariol provides information, training and assistance on EU programmes to SMEs and Institutions (especially Horizon 2020, COSME, Erasmus+, Structural Funds, Environment, Energy, Information Society, Industrial Policy);

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • H2020, FP7, IEE, CIP-EIP Special Actions and LLP Leonardo Project Manager (i.e. Eco-Design, Food Quality and Safety, Science and Society, Horizontal Measures for SMEs, Energy Policy, Creativity in SMEs, Environment, Pre-Commercial Procurement) in charge of the implementation of the projects and their budget;
  • Member of the EEN Steering Group Sustainable Construction;
  • APRE (Agency for the Promotion of European Research) Veneto Manager;
  • Organisation of and attendance at international events, meetings and seminars involving European Institutions, national and regional bodies and SMEs;
  • Drafting contracts with external consultants, meeting organizers and other organizations;
